Requests for Membership

A formal request for membership, signifying agreement to the purpose and working procedures of ICA should be addressed to ICA Chair and sent by email to the This email address is being protected from spambots. The letter of request should identify the status of the national body applying for membership in the name of its country, especially its ability to represent its government’s IT policy and activities.

Following review and acceptance of the application, the Chair and Governing Board will bring the recommendation for membership to the Council during the next ICA Annual General Assembly. Final decision on new members’ acceptance is reached by majority vote.
