The letter of request should identify the status of the national body applying for membership in the name of its country, especially its ability to represent its government’s IT policy and activities.
Following review and acceptance of the application, the Chair and Governing Board will bring the recommendation for membership to the Council during the next ICA Annual General Assembly. Final decision on new members’ acceptance is reached by majority vote.
