Joseph Yew is the CIO at the Ministry of Law, Singapore. He also holds a concurrent portfolio as the Deputy CIO at the Parliament of Singapore. Prior to joining the Government service, Joseph spent many years in Technology in the Financial sector. His last appointment was the Asia-Pacific Head of Technology at a major global financial institution.
Joseph holds a MBA from the University at Buffalo, and a B. Sc. in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. He had also completed a Strategic IT Programme with IMD, Switzerland.
