Chi-Lung actively contributed to the tax information system regeneration project from 1993 to 2010. Through his involvement in this highly demanding project he succeeded remarkable results to the taxation system in Taiwan.
Approximately 8 billion uniform invoices are issued in Taiwan every year. It is mainly used for taxation but also used by consumers as the basis of donation, prize claim, as well as returns and refunds.
He joined the E-invoice project in 2011, and is now responsible for the E-invoice division.
Because of his good leadership to the E-invoice division, he achieved great performance results. Thus in the 5 year period of 2010 to 2014 the amount E-invoices increased by 44 times.
Taiwan’s invoice system has laid a good foundation for tax revenues and enterprises save compliance cost and create lots of industry value since the promotion of E-invoice.
