She has been working with Government departments to promote design based techniques in policymaking, including service and user centered design, ethnography, data science and visualization, behavioral insights and prototyping.
Her main interest is in data visualization and to take forward the transparency book by visualizing and therefore making accessible the large amounts of data that Government and public services are now making available, so that citizens can hold the state to properly account.
