YEW, Mr. Joseph Cluster Director - Justice, Law & Foreign Affairs Cluster, Government Technology Agency of Singapore Tuesday, November 15th13:15 - 15:00 | Session VII: Creating a trust environment to accept the virtual world | Session Breakout Group Leader As the Cluster Director in charge of the “Justice, Law & Foreign Affairs” cluster, Joseph is responsible for the smart use of technology at eight government agencies. The agencies are: Attorney-General’s Chambers; Family Justice Courts; Intellectual Property Office of Singapore; Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ministry of Law; Parliament of Singapore; State Courts; and Supreme Court. Joseph was previously the CIO at the Ministry of Law. Prior to joining the public sector, Joseph had spent many years in technology in the financial sector. His last appointment was the Asia-Pacific Head of Technology at Credit Suisse AG, Asset Management. Joseph holds a MBA from the University at Buffalo, and a B. Sc. in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. He had also completed a Strategic IT Programme at IMD, Switzerland. Prev Next
