Country Reports 2023

Country reports are one of the most important contributions that member countries make to the ICA. Collectively, they offer immense value, provoking great discussions at ICA conferences and offering information and learning opportunities for all members between conferences.

They are unique and differentiate ICA from other international organizations. The insights and analysis of these reports, and the summary report we publish each year, are not available in one place anywhere else. They afford ICA members an invaluable perspective on the status of ICT in government and insights into common areas of national concern.

For this year's report, we have chosen the topic of Innovation linked to our theme, Digital Services | Going from Smart to Intelligent and Beyond. We would like each participating country to present a recent innovation that may have applicability in other countries' Digital Services.

Each presenter will have five to seven minutes in a panel format to present their innovation.
