OECD in collaboration with the ICA will organize an online event on "Digital Democracy," Wednesday, June 9th from 14:00 to 16:00 (CET).
This webinar will take a close look on the use of new technologies that capture the demands and aspirations of our future users when developing new online services. OECD Member States along with ICA’s network of CIOs will share some of their best practices; OECD’s Innovative Citizen Participation Network (ICPN) will showcase examples of their latest work; while the European Commission will present one of the biggest ever citizen consultation "conference on the future of Europe" platform.
This particular work around Digital Democracy is being done within the OECD by a specific Thematical Group under the chairmanship of Portugal (AMA) and Belgium (BOSA).
