With the International Council for Information Technology in Government Administration (ICA) Golden Anniversary event just around the corner, an important meeting took place at the home of the European Commission. European Commissioner Andrus Ansip met with ICA’s Programme Committee Chair, Frank Leyman, on the occasion of our Organization’s 50th anniversary conference.
Over 40 participants from 23 countries took part in the webinar themed “Delivering an Improved Citizen Experience through User-Driven Design Approaches.”
It was a great and fruitful opportunity for exchange of views and practices.
ICA’s current membership has representation from the following 24 nations and organizations: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Israel, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Moldova, OECD, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, The Netherlands, The World Bank, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
