After the ICA 45th Conference in Taipei, Mr. Frank McDonough, USA, who is a long standing colleague of the ICA, summarized the highlights and published an article in Federal Computer Week, titled “International Meeting Shows Universality of IT Priorities”. The article features IT directions for member countries such as Canada, Taiwan, Estonia, Israel, and the United States.
We look forward to the ICA’s 46th Conference in Israel.
