Harald Kjellin is a full professor in system science at the department of Computer and System Sciences at Stockholm University. He has been responsible for research projects in Artificial Intelligence that resulted in systems that were used nationwide in Sweden.

His research has, since 1989, dealt with acquiring and organizing knowledge in order to make it suited for being reused. He has worked with how knowledge can be acquired for expert systems and how knowledge should be represented in order to support non-technical people in their work with the knowledge.

Lately his research is focused on an Artificial Intelligence perspective on digital transformation and how the Artificial Intelligence perspective can make the organization more effective, flexible and innovative.
