Wednesday, September 13th 09:00 - 13:00 | Session VI: Interactive Session | Breakout Group Leader Mr. Korhonen is a Ministerial Advisor for the Public Sector ICT Department at the Finnish Ministry of Finance. He has been involved in designing eGovernment policies and strategies regarding various roles including the policies on the re-use of public sector information. He is responsible for the coordination of international affairs of the Public Sector ICT department; particularly the e-government policy planning both in the EU and the OECD. During his career he has participated in various public management reforms in over 20 years, including projects of strategic planning, performance management in public sector and regulatory policies. He is also an appointed vice-chair for ICA.
