Since 2006, Magnus has been responsible for strategic processes related to the development of Swedish eGovernment. This includes e.g. responsibility for the Swedish governments action plan, the forthcoming National strategy on eGovernment, the European Ministerial declaration on eGovernment, the working Delegation for eGovernment and the Board for electronic identification. During 2002-2006 he was employed by the Swedish Agency for Public Management as responsible for commissioned investigation on Public Management. In 2002, he received his PhD in Political Science: Constitutional history and political culture.
