Mr. Wang is a Senior Analyst of Department of Information Management, National Development Council (NDC). His experience and professional specialty mainly includes information management, algorithms, information security, project management, business management, public administration.

He is in charge of fourth stage and fifth stage Taiwan e-government program and central government electronic programs review and evaluation. Mr. Wang has been working for different agencies before joined NDC, including section chief of Research, Development, and Evaluation Commission (RDEC), Technical Specialist of Ministry of Finance (MOF), System Designer of Taiwan Business Bank (TBB) and private sectors.

He is also an assessor of information security management system, and holds certificates for ISMS LA (Information Security Management System Leading Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). He holds Master degrees in Computer Science and Public Administration and Management from Yuan Ze University of Taiwan and National University of Singapore.
