Governments are facing an accelerating pace of change on all fronts, be it economic, social, technological, environmental or others. With the emergent changes, it can no longer be "business as usual". Governments have to be flexible, adaptable, collaborative and creative in order to successfully navigate the waves of change and be ready for the future.
