Leveraging ICT in Government to Address Economic Instability
Brussels, 6th-8th October 2009

The ICA is a peer-to-peer network, which allows officials in national governments to learn from and leverage the success of others. This non-profit making international forum has been supporting CIOs and senior managers in public administrations since 1968 by addressing the key issues and emerging policies related to the development and implementation of e-Government.

Representatives from more than 20 countries addressed the hot strategic issues they are facing at the 43rd annual conference in Brussels.

Each year ICA's officers identify an issue of vital importance as the theme for an Annual Conference. This year the conference focused on the impact of the world economic crisis and the new priorities for the eGovernment agenda.
